Theory: Marker is a thin paper which contains all the necessary pattern piece for all sizes for a particular style of garments. It gives special instruction for cutting. It can be done both manually and computerized method.

Objective of the experiment:

1) To learn about the marker making of a basic shirt.

2) To learn about its importance.

3) To learn the calculation of marker efficiency and fabric consumption.

Apparatus:

1.       Marker paper

2.       Scissor

3.       Pencil

4.       Eraser

5.       Pattern Piece

Working Procedure:

i) At first we need to cut out the pattern.

II) Spread the marker paper to suitable place.

III) Place the pattern pieces on marker paper by ensure the properties of grain line, again we have to maintain the rules to produce maximum efficiency.

IV) Draw the copy of pattern on marker
